Our Friday afternoon walk is a circular starting from Castleton heading towards the Mam Tor / Lose Hill ridge.
We skirt the lower ridge and go up Little Mam Tor to the Blue John Cavern, down to Treak Cliff and Speedwell caverns and back to Castleton.
Approximately four miles with gradual ascents.
